Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ubesim.com and plans.ubesim.com (together, the “Websites”) operated by UBESIM (“UbeSIM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The iOS app and Android app have their own terms. Buying in an app is covered by that app’s terms.

By using the Websites or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Websites.

1. The service

UbeSIM sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans. You choose a destination, pick a plan, pay in USD, and receive a digital eSIM — usually a QR code on the page, or the same plan in the UbeSIM app if you use the same email and sign in.

eSIM availability, speeds, and coverage depend on your device, destination networks, and the plan description. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in every location.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a plan. You are responsible for making sure your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked where required.

3. Plans, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown in USD before you confirm payment.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cards are supported where Stripe offers them.
• Promo codes are subject to availability, expiry, and any plan minimums shown at checkout.
• When you complete payment, you authorize us and our partners to provision the selected eSIM plan.
• We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Delivery and activation

• eSIMs are digital. There is no shipping, cart, or physical return.
• After payment, stay on the confirmation page for the QR code, or open the UbeSIM app with the same email and sign in.
• You are responsible for installing and activating the eSIM on a compatible device.
• Data plans typically start on first network use, or as the plan description says.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Because eSIMs are digital goods that can be activated quickly, refunds are limited. Email Global@UbeSIM.com if you have a billing or provisioning issue. We review requests case by case, according to applicable law and our eSIM provider’s rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Websites or a plan for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute plans except as we expressly allow
• Provide false information at checkout or in support
• Interfere with security or other customers’ use of the service

7. Third-party services

The Websites rely on third parties including Stripe (payments), eSIM Access (provisioning), Cloudflare (order and eSIM APIs), Google Analytics, and GoDaddy (hosting). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Destination networks are operated by mobile operators, not by UbeSIM.

8. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITES AND eSIM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COVERAGE, SPEED, AND UPTIME DEPEND ON THIRD-PARTY NETWORKS AND MAY BE UNAVAILABLE, INCOMPLETE, OR DELAYED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UbeSIM CORPORATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES OR eSIM SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITES OR A PLAN WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLAN GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold UbeSIM harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Websites after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
