What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM. No plastic card. You buy a plan, then install it on your phone with a QR code or the UbeSIM app.

Is my phone compatible?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and many Samsung Galaxy models. Check your device settings if you are unsure.

How do I activate my eSIM?

Pay on plans.ubesim.com or in the UbeSIM app (USD). Stay on the page for the QR, or open the app with the same email and sign in — the plan shows in My eSIMs. Then add the eSIM in your phone settings.

Can I use it in multiple countries?

Yes. Regional and global plans cover multiple countries. Check each plan’s coverage before you buy.

What happens when my data runs out?

If the plan supports top-ups, add data in the UbeSIM app on the same eSIM. You do not need to pay again for a new install. Need help? Email Global@UbeSIM.com with your order number.

Do I need to remove my physical SIM?

No. Keep your regular number for calls and texts. Use UbeSIM for data.
